By accessing and using Acrutus (the “Website”) and purchasing our digital products (the “Templates”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Acrutus sells digital UI templates and boilerplate code. All prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice. We secure all payments through Stripe. All prices are listed in USD.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Because our products are digital downloads that are immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the transaction has been completed and the download link has been delivered. If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing your purchased files, please contact us at support@acrutus.com and we will resolve the issue directly. We do not accept chargebacks as a substitute for contacting our support team.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link for your purchased templates. If you experience technical difficulties receiving your files, our support team will manually verify your purchase and provide access within 1 business day.
Your use of the purchased templates is strictly governed by our Commercial License. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Acrutus reserves the right to revoke access to purchased products or terminate your ability to use our services at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, including but not limited to redistributing or reselling our templates in violation of the Commercial License.
In the event of any dispute arising from your purchase or use of our products, you agree to first contact us at support@acrutus.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating any formal proceedings. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
Acrutus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our products.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
