Commercial License

Simple, developer-friendly licensing so you can ship without worry.

1. Grant of License

When you purchase a template kit from Acrutus, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, modify, and reproduce the source code for personal and commercial purposes.

You can:

  • Use the templates to build unlimited websites, web apps, SaaS products, or internal tools for yourself.
  • Use the templates to build scalable platforms for your clients.
  • Modify the source code heavily, rebrand it, and use it as the foundation for your proprietary software.
  • Deploy the code to production environments globally.

2. Restrictions

To protect the value of our products for all buyers, there are a few strict limitations on what you cannot do with the provided source code.

You cannot:

  • Redistribute, resell, lease, or sub-license the raw template files or UI kits.
  • Publish the template files in a public GitHub repository where others could download them for free.
  • Upload the templates to competing template marketplaces (e.g., ThemeForest, UI8).
  • Use the templates to build a generic "website builder" or highly generic boilerplate where end-users are essentially paying you for access to our UI designs.

3. Intellectual Property

Acrutus retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the original templates, designs, and source code. Purchasing a license grants you usage permissions as outlined above, but does not transfer copyright ownership.

4. Liability

The files and software are provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Acrutus or its creators be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the templates in your projects.
